We are foremost a principal investment firm focused on identifying private companies where a combination of our management experience, corporate finance expertise, and capital can aid these companies in growing or transitioning businesses in a way that generates outsized value for shareholders.  Those companies and the related investments may be in a broad range of industries and our expertise allows us to work effectively with companies from $25mm to $2B in enterprise value.  We raise capital to fund investments in this segment on a deal by deal basis through our broad network of institutional investors and family offices.
